About us

My name is Adam Snow and I've been customizing vans since 2010. After becoming a qualified carpenter, I started fitting out more vans for leisure rather than work. Being able to carry work gear as well as toys for the water is a must around the surf coast.

Below is a list of services i provide to complete your ultimate van build. Custom fit outs to all vans and caravans are welcome.

Insulation

Up to 3 layers of insulation and sound deadener are available for install. One or all three layers can be installed.

Stage 1 - Sound deadening

Stage 2 - Sound deadening and insulation

Stage 3 - 3 in 1 insulation, thermal and vapor barrier

Extra - 7 layer sunshades for windows

Combining all layers will maximize thermal barrier to the outside elements as well as dramatically reducing road noise. All product and designed for vehicle use.

Flooring

Various flooring types are available for install in your van. Some flooring options are:

- Real timber flooring

- Laminate flooring

- Durable vinyl

- Rubber matting

Wall lining

Lining van walls and ceilings can be done in a number of materials, to create the look your after in your dream van build.

Some materials are:

- Exotic timber cladding

- Pine lining

- Plywood cladding

- Carpet

Drawers

Heavy duty and light weight drawers are custom made to suit any van. Drawer can be as long as 2m, and as wide and deep as requested. Drawers can be made from timber, aluminum or composite colored panels. Adding drawers is a great option to have full access to all your gear, whilst allowing room on top for a bed.

Drawer with surfboard pocket

Single or multiple drawers with a opened pocket is a good option if requiring surfboard storage. Open pockets can be lined with synthetic grass to protect boards during transport. Surf board pockets can be made as wide as requested and as long as possible (dependent on van capacity).

Insulated Sunshades

Custom 9 layer insulated window shades can be same to suit any van. Once your van has been insulated your windows become your biggest weakness for insulation.

Sun Shades are:

- 100% Aussie owned and made.

- Made from highest quality 9 layer, quilted thermal fabric.

- Anti-condensate eliminating 80% of condensation.

- Supplied with heavy duty 210Denier Nylon storage bag.

Fly Screens

Sick of being eaten alive by mosquito's?

Here at LUNA vans we can custom make high quality fly screens, to keep you protected from all those annoying bugs!

Fly screens are:

- 100% Aussie made.

- Mossie and midge proof.

- Zips that don't rust.

- Heavy duty PVC coated Polyester mesh UV stable.

- 1/2, 1/3 or full height screens.

Other Services

Van fit outs are custom made to suit each individuals needs and requirements. Other options for your van conversions that can be installed:
