Surfer conversion
This daily driver has had our surf conversion plus a few extras installed. Making it perfect for daily trips to the beach and weekends away down the coast chasing swells.

Sound Deadening & Insulation
Vinyl Flooring
Our two stage sound deadening and insulation, plus an optional extra floor and sound deadening has been installed to this transporter. This makes the van very quiet on the road. With stage two insulation installed it dramatically reduces radiant heat from the sun and keeps the warmth in on those chilly nights away camping.
Beautiful timber look vinyl was installed, over a light weight plywood base. giving the van a hard wearing and easy to clean floor finish. No more worrying about the pooch jumping in the back wet and sandy, quick wipe with a brush and the sands all gone.
Dual Battery System
This van features a 120 ah dual battery system with solar capability, along with LED touch lights, USB & Cigarette plugs. This install keeps the fridge running and devices charged while off on a adventure.
Pine Lined Walls
Bringing nature inside with clean light weight pine lined walls, roof and doors. Creating the feel of a cozy wood cabin inside the van.
Folding Floor
This van also has the fold in half floor feature. This allows for carrying taller items such as bikes etc, as well as creates a seat and walk way .
Large Heavy Duty Drawer
Our light weight heavy duty drawer system provides plenty of storage room for: wetsuits, clothes, camping chairs, cookers plus anything in between for the weekend away. Drawer usable area is 200 cm long x 50 cm wide x 37 cm deep
Fly Screens
Fly screens are a great way to enjoy the cool fresh air from the sea without being attacked by bugs. This van has a custom made screen fitted to seal the surf board area. this feature allows you to access the drawer when required whilst still maintaining a seal from the bugs.
Sun Shades & Awning
Added into the build was our nine layer insulated sun shade. A great addition to keep the suns rays out whilst maintaining warmth within the cabin.
To complete the build, a trade rack has been added for extra storage as well as an awning to shade the campsite.
Surf Adventurer
This VW T6 is now ready for daily surfs before work or fun weekends away. with plenty of storage, no gear needs to be sacrificed!
