Sound Deadening & Insulation
Client was unhappy with the amount of road noise while driving.
We helped them out by installing two stages of sound deadening.

Sound Deadening
All cargo panels where completely stripped to an empty shell. Stage one sound deadening sheets where installed to the entire cargo floor area as well as the wheel arches, doors and walls. Stage two sound deadening and insulation was installed to walls, roof and doors. Resulting in a much quieter van.
Birch plywood
After installing the two stage sound deadening and insulation to the exposed rear quarter panels, raw Birch plywood panels were fitted to complete the van interior wall lining.

Client can now listen to their radio and drive in comfort without the annoying road noise.
